The problem

Getting a sofa home from a marketplace listing. Moving a bike across the city. Collecting a wardrobe you won just found on Facebook. These are everyday situations — but the delivery infrastructure for them is genuinely broken.

Standard couriers won't take anything that doesn't fit in a box. Removal firms charge a day rate. Man-and-van services are scattered across WhatsApp groups and Gumtree. There's no consistent, trusted way to move large items on demand in the UK.

Meanwhile, thousands of vans and pickup trucks drive the same roads every day, often half-empty, heading somewhere useful.

What we built

Mule-it is a marketplace that connects both sides of that gap. Senders post jobs in under a minute — what needs moving, where from, where to, and when. Verified local drivers with the right vehicle bid for the job. The sender picks based on price, rating, and reputation, pays securely, and gets their item moved.

Payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed with photos at both ends. No cash changes hands on the doorstep. No chasing invoices. No wondering if your sofa is going to turn up.

For drivers

If you have a van, a pickup, or a large car — you already have everything you need. Mule-it lets you turn journeys you're already making into paid work. Browse jobs near you, bid on routes that make sense, and build a reputation that earns you more over time.

You're an independent contractor. You set your price. You choose your jobs. We take a 15% service fee from each completed delivery and pay out to your bank account within 2–7 business days.
